Okay, I couldn't sleep last night so I was dreaming up what I could do with this challenge at More Than Favors. But have you ever had such a difficult time accomplishing what in your head seemed to be such a fairly simple thing? Oh my goodness, this card gave me fits today. I just couldn't make it work the way I wanted it to, but here it is in a drastically different form from what I planned. My kids and I decided that we liked it when it was finished, but was it worth the headache? I don't know! : )
I used cardstock, ribbon, and brads from Hobby Lobby. I cut the butterfly with my brand-new Storybook cartridge. I used my cuttlebug to add some dimension, and the sentiment is from My Pink Stamper's Everyday Life set. Thanks so much for looking!

ReplyDeleteBeautiful card! This was my first challenge and I hope you had fun doing it. I can imagine the chaos of relocating a craft spot as I did that recently, but one has to have a place to create. I became a follower. TFS!
