It's Your Bird-day!

Today is my Grandma's 84th birthday. My daughter and I made this card for her to celebrate. She did all of the embossing with my cuttlebug. She chose to use the divine swirl, spots & dots and swiss dots folders. The cardstock is from Hobby Lobby. The sentiment is from My Pink Stamper's Tweetie Hoo Puns set. We added a gem that I picked up at Michaels, and I used a little bit of stickles on the party hat. The cricut cut is from the Once Upon a Princess cartridge. Thanks for looking!

Whale Done!

I made this card tonight while I was playing around in my craft room. The cardstock is all stuff from Creative Memories. The whale and the sun are both on the Create a Critter cartridge. I used three cuttlebug folders:  divine swirl, swiss dots and spots & dots. The sentiment is another cute stamp from Scrappy Mom's Amusing Animals set. Thanks for looking!

Monday Morning

I was playing around with the Simply Charmed cartridge last night and finished this card this morning. I used patterned paper from Wal-mart and cardstock from Hobby Lobby. The ribbon and brads came from Hobby Lobby. I used my spots & dots and heart blocks cuttlebug folders. The sentiment is from Scrappy Mom's Amusing Animals stamp set, which I love! I added stickles to the little bugs cheeks and randomly to the hearts on the patterned paper. Thanks so much for looking! Have a blessed day!

A Gift Box

I made this gift box for my nephew's birthday party tomorrow. I have never made one before, so I decided to give it a shot. I used my Martha Stewart scoring board to make a 6"x6"x3" box and lid. I used K and Company cardstock for the lid and stuff from Creative Memories for everything else. The birthday cake and the sentiment were all from the Simply Charmed cartridge. I used divine swirls and swiss dot embossing folders to add some dimension. Thanks for looking!

My Pink Stamper's Blog Hop

I made this card for the first ever My Pink Stamper blog hop.
I used cardstock from Creative Memories. The cricut cut was from the Create a Critter cartridge. I inked the edges and the sentiment with Tim Holtz distress inks. The cuttlebug folders that I used were swiss dots and divine swirl. The sentiment is from My Pink Stamper's Everyday Life set. I used icicle stickles on the cherry, and I popped up the cupcake and the cherry with pop dots. Thanks so much for looking!

My Daughter's First Card

My seven-year old daughter just made this card (with just a little bit of help from me) for her best friend! She is going to add a picture, but we left that off for now because she wanted to post it on my blog. She used cardstock from Die Cuts With a View All Dressed Up mat stack. We used the Hannah Montana cartridge for the letters, and she used the heart blocks cuttlebug folder. Thanks for looking!
